NoxBliss collects Amazon order information (order ID, items, buyer name, shipping address and phone) only to fulfill orders. Data is retrieved from Amazon (Seller Central order reports or the Selling Partner API) at the time of fulfillment and transmitted over TLS to our drop-ship supplier solely to ship the order. We do not sell, rent, market to, or share buyer data with anyone except the shipping supplier.
Buyer PII is not persisted in our systems; order records we keep contain only order IDs, SKUs, costs and tracking numbers. Any PII temporarily processed is deleted within 30 days of shipment. Access is limited to named, authorized personnel.
Security incidents are reported to Amazon at security@amazon.com within 24 hours as required.
