Shipping policy

Where we ship

NoxBliss ships to United States destinations that are available at checkout. If checkout does not offer delivery to an address, we cannot accept an order for that address.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is calculated from the total shipment weight:

Up to 8 oz: $6.00
Over 8 oz through 12 oz: $8.00
Over 12 oz through 16 oz: $10.00
Over 16 oz: $18.00

Qualifying orders of $99.00 or more receive free standard shipping when that option is shown at checkout. The checkout total is authoritative for the order.

Processing, delivery, and tracking

Orders are sent for fulfillment after payment is authorized. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and address problems can affect delivery. Products may ship in separate packages and may arrive at different times.

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address provided with the order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction; we cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.

Packaging and delivery issues

Orders are shipped in discreet outer packaging. If a shipment arrives damaged, is missing an item, or is shown as delivered but cannot be located, contact us as soon as possible with the order number and relevant photos or carrier information. We will review the carrier and fulfillment records and explain the available resolution.
