Refund policy

Final sale policy

All sales are final. For health and hygiene reasons, NoxBliss does not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives broken or destroyed, email admin@noxbliss.com promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Do not send the item back unless we instruct you to do so.

After review, an approved damage claim is refunded to the original payment method.
