These Terms of Service govern use of the NoxBliss website and purchases from NoxBliss. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked at checkout. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Adult eligibility

The site offers adult wellness products and is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase the products in their location. By using the site, you represent that you meet those requirements. Do not provide the products to a minor.

Permitted use

You may use the site only for lawful personal shopping. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its security or operation, submit false information, violate intellectual property rights, transmit malicious code, scrape or exploit the service without authorization, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

Product information and wellness disclaimer

We work to present product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and specifications accurately. Screens and supplier updates can cause minor differences, and availability may change. Product information on this site is not medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Read and follow the manufacturer's instructions and warnings. Stop using a product and seek appropriate professional advice if irritation, injury, or another adverse reaction occurs.

Orders, pricing, and payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or description error, quantity limits, legal restrictions, or an undeliverable address. If payment was captured for a canceled order, the captured amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Taxes, shipping, discounts, and the final total are shown at checkout.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements, refunds, and final-sale restrictions are governed by the Refund Policy. For health and hygiene reasons, many adult wellness products cannot be returned after shipment or opening except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Accounts and communications

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for information submitted through your account. Transactional messages may be sent to fulfill orders or respond to requests. Marketing messages are sent only according to the choices and rights described at signup and in the Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

The store uses Shopify and may use payment processors, carriers, fulfillment providers, and other third parties to operate the service. Third-party services and links may be subject to their own terms and policies. NoxBliss is not responsible for an unrelated third-party website or service.

Intellectual property

The site and its original branding, design, and content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Supplier trademarks and product content belong to their respective owners. No right is granted except the limited right to use the site under these terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and products are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. NoxBliss does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free site operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoxBliss will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify NoxBliss against third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

Changes, severability, and governing law

We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. Changes apply prospectively. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These terms are governed by applicable United States and California law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
